About
Dr. Miller is an experienced psychiatrist that has practiced in a variety of settings within the state of Indiana. His education and training having all been completed through Indiana University. His undergraduate degrees are a bachelor of science in biology and a minor in chemistry, with distinction. His graduate and ensuing medical education include receiving his doctorate in medicine, completing his residency training to become a board-certified psychiatrist, and then going on to complete a fellowship in the sub-specialty of child and adolescent psychiatry. He is a member of the American Psychiatric Association and the affiliated local Indiana Psychiatric Society, and is their child/adolescent representative as a council member. He is also a board member, and prior president, of the Indiana Council of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, the regional group of the Association of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
He brings with him a strong passion to provide maximal psychiatric care, using available resources, for adults, adolescents, and children. He has a strong desire to build upon strong collaborative relationships among various state agencies and academic programs in Indiana. In his spare time, he mostly enjoys being a father and husband to his 2 great kids and his very loving and wonderful wife. His hobbies include being a sports fan to the Indianapolis Colts, Chicago Cubs, and all of Indiana University athletics…in addition to being a self-proclaimed architect, but mostly collector, of Legos.
