Our dedicated admissions team is here to address your treatment inquiries and conduct a pre-assessment to determine your eligibility. This assessment may involve questions about your current living situation, substance use history, medical background, family history of addiction, and health insurance coverage.

After confirming your insurance, we will tailor a personalized treatment plan to meet your recovery needs. We will assist you in selecting an admission date and making any necessary travel arrangements.

  • Step 1: Reach Out to Us

    When you contact us, an intake coordinator will answer your questions about rehabilitation and conduct pre-assessment questions to see if our services align with your requirements. If our facility isn’t the best fit for you, we may refer you to a reputable partner facility nearby.

  • Step 2: Insurance Verification

    Your coordinator will verify your insurance coverage to ensure we are within your network and discuss any deductibles or additional out-of-pocket expenses you may incur.

  • Step 3: Assessment

    Once your insurance coverage is confirmed, the results of your pre-assessment will guide us towards the most suitable level of care tailored to your individual needs and recovery objectives.

  • Step 4: Admission

    Once your level of care is determined, we can proceed to schedule your admission into our facility. In many cases, we can offer same-day or next-day admission.
